01 / How it works

Three steps, and none of them is a statement of work.

No scoping phase, no change orders, no hourly rate to argue about at the end of a quarter. You describe the outcome, we build it, you send it back until it is right — the way it would work with a technical co-founder rather than a supplier.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us what you need

A 20-minute call, then you add requests to a shared board. Write them however you like — a paragraph, a screenshot, a voice note. Turning them into specs is our job, not yours.

  2. Step 02

    We build

We work the queue in whatever order you set, and you can reorder it any time. First delivery is usually within 3 working days.

  3. Step 03

    Review, revise, repeat

You review in a live environment and send it back as many times as it takes. Revisions are not a separate request and never cost extra.

03 / Compared

Against the two things you are probably weighing instead.

Market figures are ranges, not our numbers — check them against your own quotes. The point is not that a subscription always wins. It is that you can see the trade before you commit to anything.

04 / Who we are

Named people with checkable track records.

34 years shipping production software in iGaming, internal tools and SaaS. The people building your project are the ones you meet on the first call — there is no offshore layer and no junior hand-off.

05 / Questions

The things people ask before the first call.

Question-shaped headings, because that is how the question gets typed. Every answer below is also in this page's structured data.

What does “unlimited development” actually mean?

You can put as many requests in the queue as you like, and there is no cap on how many we complete in a month. You set the order and can change it whenever priorities move. In practice the limit is how fast you can review the work, not how fast we can build it.

How much does it cost?

$2,800 per month, flat. That is the only number — there is one plan, no tiers, no per-seat pricing and no setup fee. Month to month with no contract.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause at the end of any billing month and restart whenever you are ready. Your queue, your code and your environments stay exactly where you left them.

Are you an agency?

No. An agency sells you a scoped project, bills against it and moves on. We work as your technical partner on a subscription: same team every month, no statements of work, and we hold the context about your product rather than rebuilding it at the start of each engagement.

Who actually writes the code?

The same people you meet on the first call. There is no offshore layer, no junior hand-off and no account manager sitting between you and whoever is building your project.

What if I am not technical?

Most of our clients are not. Describe the outcome you want in plain language and we will come back with what we propose to build and why. Translating a business problem into a technical one is the work.

Do I own the code?

Yes, entirely. Everything is written in your repositories under your accounts from day one. If you stop, you keep all of it and nothing needs migrating.

What is not included?

Anything that is not software we can build and ship: paid media buying, hardware, and ongoing 24/7 on-call support. If a request is outside what the subscription covers we say so before starting, never after.

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits.

No pitch deck and no discovery phase. Tell us what you are trying to ship, and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it at $2,800 a month — including when we are not.
